I sent a photo from my camera phone to the Food Pics feature and the picture is not on my account? What can I do?
Since there are hundreds of camera phones and wireless providers on the market, we cannot guarantee our Food Pics feature will work with your phone. If you picture does not appear on your Nutrition page within 10 minutes of sending to us, it may be a problem between your phone and our system. Unfortunately we cannot check into your particular problem.
