Heading down to 119kg ASAP

Basically I've been overweight my whole life and I want to be a healthy size, I don't mind being bigger than "normal" BMI as I believe that's an archaic measurement system so while the weight I'm aiming for is considered "overweight" that's better than class 3 obese. Also I want to go back onto the pill which means I need to get my BMI down lower, I looked it up and I need to weigh under 119kg when I go see the doctor about it so that's my goal and when I reach it I can have my necklace too!! ...

New approach is weighing 1st and 15th of each month:
1st April: 145.3kg
15th April: 143.1kg
1st May: 143.6kg
15th May:


Current Status:
-ADRIENNE- is off to bed ready to start again, measurements, photos, a new attitude, in 16 weeks I'll weigh a lot less! Goal is 16kg or more in this time!! Watch this space.

*I do turbo fire and I love it!!

*I don't always eat breakfast as I follow a plan called eat stop eat and have intermittent fasting periods. I couldn't not eat for 24hrs so instead I follow similar to fast 5 and allow myself to eat between lunch and dinner only.

Personal Information:
I am going to do this for health and happiness and just to feel good and look sexy to myself, my husband and complete strangers. I miss the days of being oggled for the right reasons.

Food wise I am pretty good. It is the exercise that I cannot seem to get up and do by myself.

I need to get myself out of the diet mentality. This is a life style and I need to make time for exercise but it is the last thing on my list of things to do and I need to make it a higher priority.
