I have heard SOMEDAY is not part of anyone's program. I am tracking calories, water and exercising. It is simple, but if you look at all the success examples on spark..this is what most of them did! 2012: 1260-1560calories. No more than 70 g. carbs daily and aim for 100 g. protein daily.
