Hi! I need to lose a lot of weight, and wanting some encouragement. It's going to be a long road to where i want to be. But i'm going to make it. I'm changing my attitude towards this whole losing weight. I've been disappointed of going up and down on my weight. And not sticking with anything. And I'm the only one who can change that. Hi! I need to lose a lot of weight, and wanting some encouragement. It's going to be a long road to where i want to be. But i'm going to make it. I'm changing my attitude towards this whole losing weight. I've been disappointed of going up and down on my weight. And not sticking with anything. And I'm the only one who can change that. And today I have decided that I'm changing it. I'm going to mess up sometimes, but I'm not going to let one mess up change what I need to do. If I don't lose the weight, I won't be able to have a healthy life with my hubby. I also want to look good, and be the sexy wife for my husband. I also want to get to a healthy weight so that we are able to start a family. I sometimes do have bad days, but I get myself right, and get back on track. I aim everyday to stay within my calorie range. I eat more veggies, and fruits now more than I ever have. I do eat things that are "unhealthy" but I do it in portion. I have learned that I feel so much better when I do my exercise in the morning before work. I aim to drink about a gallon of water a day. I have cut down my pop intake, but I do sometimes have pop. When I do have pop I try drink Diet pop, but sometimes I do drink regular pop. I have support of my family and hubby and friends. I don't let people who are HATERS in my life know that I am trying to lose weight because they would only watch and critic what I am doing and eating. They can figure it out when they see the weight loss from me. Since September 2011 I have lost 21lbs!! And plan on losing more and more each month. I would like to lose about 10 to 15lbs a month. But am happy when I lose any kind of weight. 5% Challenge Commitment: How much and how often will you exercise? I will exercise at least 5 days a week for 30 minutes per day. What diet will you follow? I will watch my calories, and eat more freggies. How will you support your team? I will post at least 5 days a week, on team page, and suggest and get suggestions.

My Goals:
I would like to lose weight healthy way. I would like to lose 10 lbs. a month. Im told that will be hard, but Im up for the challenge.
My Program:
I plan on stayin within my calorie goals, and working on my treadmill 30 minutes Monday thru Friday, and on the weekends, do some kind of fun activity for working out. I'm going to set goals in increments of 10lbs.
