Creating From Within's New Thang!
I was hit with many difficulties at the end of my 2012 year. I didn't quit but I couldn't stay on track as I'd planned. From health issues to deaths in the family- I was hit through it all. Now I'm back with a vengeance and will stop at nothing, until I reach my goal!

My Goals:
I truly desire to be a healthy size 10, the size I wore when my husband and I met almost ten years ago. This is so important to me. My thyroid has ruled my life for way too long and I need to change this.
My Program:
I live in an townhouse complex where there are two gyms, an indoor and outdoor pools! I am shooting to remain a lacto-ovo-vegetarian while returning to a slight version of my exercise program of old...working out everyday, six days a week.
Personal Information:
I am a Californian living in St. Louis, MO with my husband and son. I am a Domestic Homeschool Engineer who allows everyone else to mean more than myself. I love all music, horror/scifi/thriller/mystery books and movie and I love ALL music!
