Fab in my 30s
I'm turning 30 tomorrow and I have not lost the weight I expected (50lbs)... I wish I had but that was a bold and almost unrealistic goal. I could have done that if had sacrificed my chocolate and alcohol cheats but I didn't. Instead, I lost about 20 lbs, learned that it's easier to get back on track when I don't restrict myself and do not sacrifice food that I love eating. In fact, I feel as fabulous as I thought I would be when I set that goal! I'm ready for the 30s and committed to lose 30! ...

Cannot wait =) Update: 05/17/2012 ============================= I'm turning 30 in May, running a half-marathon in July, and I wish to be in the best shape of my life for these events. Although I've always practiced sports, especially tennis, it won't be an easy task since I've struggled with weight loss for as long as I can remember but I still have hope. -Weight training 2-3x/week -Running 3x -Elliptical on non-running days -Stretching 3x/week -Rest whenever my body asks for it -Follow my nutritionist's diet and log every bite I take - Stick to the program 100% Ultimate goal: 155lbs or 16-17% body fat
