My first hike on a mountain. This was in the rain forest at Volcano Park. I had to get old before I started doing these kinds of things.

Annie 1114's Journey

I joined SparkPeople about a year and a half age in a serious attempt to lose weight. I lost 30 pounds in about a year. I want to lose 20 more pounds, however I have hit a very long plateau. I am determined to keep trying to lose this last 20 pounds.

Thank you! I always look forward to your comments on my blogs! I love Knock Out roses! I have 6; three yellows and 3 variations of red. This year I added 4 drift roses; they are supposed to be as carefree but stay low to the ground and won't need as much pruning.

Congratulations on completing the Winter into Spring 5% Challenge.

The emoticon had an awesome challenge. During the 8 weeks we exercised a total of 105,734 minutes which is the equivalent of exercising a total of 73 continuous days. Our team averaged 63. 65 minutes of exercise daily for 8 weeks.

As a team we lost 99.60 pounds...that a whole person, in fact it's sorta like losing Nastia Luikin (she weighs 99 lbs according to her Olympic page)

We also had a lot of success with those LTGL challenges...

Wow, so hard to believe it's almost the end of the challenge! We had an AWESOME week last week; we landed 2nd, as a team we had the most exercise minutes of any week in this challenge and we lost weight!! I can't think of a better way to end the challenge!

Good luck with the weigh in this week and thanks for all you've done to make the Daisies determined to be successful!
