Loose Pounds One at a Time
I'm a 30 year old who has recently (in the past couple years) gained 20 pounds. Now, I'm trying to shed some of that weight. Let's start with 10 pounds!

My Goals:
- lose 10 lbs - wake up at 7am daily
My Program:
-eat 1300 to 1500 calories / day - work out for 700 calories / week: dancing, stepper machine, walking, running, biking. I'm using lots of variety.
