I deserve to be happy, healthy and fit

It's time to finally stop sabotaging and regain control of my life. It's my life and no matter what anyone else thinks, says or does, I deserve to be happy, healthy and fit. Even if that means making choices that people don't agree with or don't like. Because at the end of the day, it's my life and I'm the one who has to live it and live with it.

Hi Nancy, last night I was so tired I fell asleep around 7:00 and didn't wake up until 4:00 this morning!... I guess I needed the rest!

... anyway, keeping the walking up but I am starting my diet over tomorrow. I thought I could start it yesterday however, I forgot about the party at work. So needless to say, I loss my mind on emoticon pizza, brownies, etc. and feel like this emoticon ... I don't feel good right now and can't wait to get back on track tomorrow.

I don't know why I keep doing this to myself! ... anyway, that's my news for today I am glad that you had a better day than me!

Well, I will do better tomorrow. Talk to you tomorrow.

Oh Nancy, where are you?... I have been MIA from posting but not from walking. My right foot has been hurting so I have been trying to rest it. Today it doesn't hurt at all but I don't know why it started hurting in the first place. I am thinking that because I walk for 2 hours practically every day it could be that I need new shoes, in fact, I know that I do, so I ordered a pair last week.

What have you been up to? What new workouts have you tried out?... do tell emoticon

Well, I will catch up with you later on today, I am getting ready to do some type of cardio... I have to start the nutritional side of things over again today, I veered off the path of eating right a few days ago, so here we go again! emoticon

Hey Nancy, what's going on?... what have you been doing?

I finally got the Aero Barre workout and I love it!... it's hard as heck, but I love the driving music and Michael's voice. The mix of boxing and ballet is awesome... lots of room to grow. I have to do a kettlebell workout maybe tomorrow, I am too tired today, but I did get both of my walks in.

Hey Nancy, what have you been up to?

I got my walks in today and I also did a few rounds and the heavy bag workout from the RapidFire dvd... Nancy, I love this workout and this trainer!... How did you find out about her?... do you have all of her workouts?.... I am going online tonight to see if I can find more and order them, she is my new favorite kickboxing instructor! Her dvd is loaded with workouts, kinda reminds me of Cathe's format with the premixes. I want to try the core workout tomorrow, I have a 6lb medicine ball.

... anyway, I am still waiting the AeroBarre workout, I should get it tomorrow.
