Aimlessly wandering

My Goals:
I would like to get back into shape. Back to where I was before I met my fiance. Toned and Fit and hoping to find my path in the process.
Moved to Oregon. Got down to 139 and gained 22 lbs. I'm back up to 161. Oh the horror! I guess i'm going to have to start back again *sigh*

My Program:
1. working out at least 3 times a week
BREAKDOWN
2x strength training
3x cardio

2. watching what i eat.

3. Trying to cut back on the chocolate martinis! (done)
4. Cut back on ALCOHOL

Hey Kat! Welcome to Getting Buffed! Girl, 12 lbs of muscle gained is something to be proud of don't focus so much on that scale number. I'd chew off my left foot to gain that much muscle!
