Hello everybody! I'm Gerald and I live in Mayflower Arkansas. I current work in Little Rock Arkansas. I have recently remarried and I have 3 children 2 from my first wife and one step when I remarried. I am new to this, and I am looking for support. I am 6'4" 370lbs. I hope to loose at least 71lbs and get back under 300lbs.

big goal is to weigh under 300, smaller goal is to weigh 330 so I can get on my WiiFit that I am currently too big to play. :(

6/23/11: reached highschool weight: 314 , lost 56lbs!
7/09/11: 2nd 5K, 101min , carried my 6y/o piggy back because her legs hurt, lol.
8/06/11: 3rd 5K 39min, sprained foot at mile 2, but finished!
08/20/11: 4th 5k, Run w/ the Son 39.32 time weight 308!!!

My Program:
Right now I am currently running a 12 week training program for a half marathon.
also every friday at noon, I do Zumba with the ladies at work, I'm not very good at it but It makes me sweat alot so that got to be good right? LOL
