To start out, my name is Billi Jo! I am 20 years old, soon to be 21 this October. I stand 5'3! Growing up as a child, my older sister would almost always take her anger out on me. To start out, my name is Billi Jo! I am 20 years old, soon to be 21 this October. I stand 5'3! Growing up as a child, my older sister would almost always take her anger out on me. She would haul off and hit me, call me names, the most popular name you ask? Fat. So growing up, I was very unhappy with my body and my self esteem was low. My mom would seldomly call me fat, when she was angry, but would immediately apologize. I never let it hold me back though, I always have had the ability to make people laugh and smile no matter what mood they we're in. And I've always been happy all around, I just always ate poorly and didn't even look at labels. I almost felt stuck in a strangers body.

Fast forward to December 2009

My boyfriend of 4 years left me for the town hussy (I can actually thank him for this now) a week before our lease ended and since our lease was up I had to move home to moms. It was TOUGH. I felt alone, I felt betrayed.. it was the worst time of my life. Thank goodness for great friends and a wonderful family. I decided right then and there that it was time for me to lose weight, and get back to where I was before I met him. 4 years took it's toll on my body. I began exercising December 23rd (Yep he left me a few days before Christmas) and after losing 17.5 lbs by not eating fast food, no pop, and a little bit of running I stumbled across Spark People. Since then I have lost 46 lbs all together, aiming to lose about 10 more to make it to my new goal weight of 115 lbs.

One of the most bittersweet times of my life.

Life is good :D

I officially hit my goal weight of 125lbs June 1st 2010 and have made a new goal - I am excited to hit my new goal weight of 115 lbs but I'm not putting a time limit on myself.

YOU CAN DO THIS EVERYONE!! I DID IT!!

OMG You've done such a great job! You look extra tiny and gorgeous girl, great work! I love seeing people that are my height, that gives me an idea of what to aim for. I'm 5'3 and 1/2 and am aiming for 130. I have huge boobs and hips lol so I figure those will account for at least 5 lbs lol! Anyway, keep up the great work, you're a huge inspiration!

P.S. Is the Shred part of p90x? Is that hard? I hear so many people saying you need to be in shape to do that, it's not for normal people. How do you like it?

You are such a BIG motivator for me. Whnever I get frustrated, I go to your profile. I'm 10 pounds AWAY from my goal of 125, I might even go down to 123. My goal is Mid October. And I'm almost there, I'm glad u've stuck to healthy habits after your weight loss., Thank you so much!!! I have little progress pics and when I get to my goal I'll be buying tons of bikinis and cute club dresses lol. But I wabt to maintain since i'm a college. But I can do it!
