I reversed my Type 2 diabetes.
I was able to reverse Type 2 diabetes by eating a plant-based diet. My most important strategies are to cook my own food and take food with me when I go out or to work. By cooking my own food, I am able to insure that my food is tasty, attractive, healthy and always available.
