I reversed my Type 2 diabetes.

I was able to reverse Type 2 diabetes by eating a plant-based diet. My most important strategies are to cook my own food and take food with me when I go out or to work. By cooking my own food, I am able to insure that my food is tasty, attractive, healthy and always available. You can read my "Click Moment" story about the diabetes under "Your Click Moment" in the Eat to Live group. I post plenty of photos of my plant-based cooking, with recipes sources, on my blogs.
