Thanks for your comment on my blog! I think you are right on -- I'm going to suggest that my sister take Pilates rather than Zumba, and really you are right -- my body could use the break too. Thanks for the suggestion. I know we'll find something that works, and really, I just need to lighten up. A week of any change isn't going to undo all of the efforts of the past 6 weeks, right??
