Getting Fit for God
Hi, my name is Cris-Annette. I am 41 years old. I am married to a wonderful man (8 years next May), and have three beautiful children. Our daughter is 6 1/2 (7 in Jan), our oldest son is 5 1/2 (on March 17th) and our youngest son is 22 months old (2 next month). I am a born-again Christian (33 years now). Hi, my name is Cris-Annette. I am 41 years old. I am married to a wonderful man (8 years next May), and have three beautiful children. Our daughter is 6 1/2 (7 in Jan), our oldest son is 5 1/2 (on March 17th) and our youngest son is 22 months old (2 next month). I am a born-again Christian (33 years now). I attended college in Grand Rapids, MI and in Lancaster, PA. I received my B.S. degree in Christian Education and Missions in 1993. I came here to SparkPeople in 2007 to keep myself motivated toward my goal of being more healthy and exercise conscious. For too many years, I listened to the "lie" of "you're not fat, your just big boned"... well.... so what if I may be big boned, medium boned or small boned.... I want to be HEALTHY and that means being my ideal weight and not carrying around excessive weight. Those extra pounds keep me from being as active as I could be, and from being the most beautiful vessel that I can be for God. I want to do this for my children, I desire to do this for my husband, but most of all, I need to do this for ME and for God. I look forward to getting to know more sisters in the Lord who have the same goals and give and get encouragement on the road we are traveling. God Bless.

My Goals:
My goals are to lose 75 lbs and to get back into clothes that I was wearing 6 years ago when my husband and I first met; also to maintain healthy eating habits that will last me a lifetime.
My Program:
Cutting back on sweets and fattening foods, trying to eat more fruits and veggies instead. Exercising for at least 10 minutes a day (as a start).
Personal Information:
Live in MA. Attend Calvary Baptist Church in Easthamptom
Other Information:
Hobbies include: reading, walking, collecting seashells, dolphin figurines and other seashore paraphernalia as well as coins from all over.
