New Goals!
Hi, I'm a 50+ mom of two. I'm on a journey to maintain my weight loss and lead a healthier lifestyle so I can be around for my two amazing children. I've been on SparkPeople for a year now and maintained my original weight loss. It's time to set some new goals and lose another 10 lbs!

My Goals:
My main goal is to maintain my current weight and be more active. As I've maintained my original weight loss for a year, it's now time to set new goals and lose the next 10!
My Program:
I am tracking my food and working in the yard/garden during the summer. I also am walking at least 1-2 miles 4-5 times per week. The gym membership is on hold until winter. At this time, anything I can do to be more active is a plus as I am tied to a desk 8-10 hours per day.
Personal Information:
I live in Northern Colorado and have two amazing young adult kids.
