My plan is to change careers, get fit, grow spiritually, and maybe make some more friends and find love along the way.
I am keeping a food journal, taking my dog for daily walks and hikes whenever we can. (Usually 3 or 4 times a week.) I also eliminated soda from my diet. I make sure to get at least 5 fruits and veggies every day. Until I reach a healthy weight, I'm not going to have any french fries or anything battered/fried.
I am a Navy brat, so I spent some time in Connecticut, and Washington growing up. When my dad retired we moved to Iowa. Then I moved to Nebraska and now Colorado as an adult. Out of all of the states I like this one the best.
I would also like to have one of those triangles of nothing that skinny women have when they stand with their legs together.
