My Goals:
I am living a healthier lifestyle. My goal is to continue the good behaviors.
My Program:
I am following SparkPeople's guidelines for nutrition and fitness. I track everything I eat, and I walk - trying for 30 minutes a day every day, and hoping gradually to increase the time.
Personal Information:
I was born in New Jersey, have lived in several places on the East Coast, was transplanted for a while to a tropical island (but not necessarily a paradise), then settled permanently in California, where I have been migrating ever northward.
Other Information:
I have too many hobbies: cooking (French and Italian are my current faves), scrapbooking (never enough time to do this), sewing, knitting (how many of us have numerous started but not finished projects?), reading ... and I have decided there isn't enough time in my life to take up any more. Not if I have to exercise, too!
