Yoo Hoo!!! Are you still here? Let me know how you're doing. I'd be happy to share this effort with you. We can (must) do it. We will feel so much better if we do. You are worth the time and effort. emoticon

I finally read your cmooment on my blog ( a month later), but yes maybe we could confess our night time eating to each other. A few years ago I tried daily intermittent fasting with success. I am going to attmept it again. I made it through one day after attempting it for three days. My success has inspired me. In the past I was only able to do it on the days I worked afternoons but that was enough for me to drop pounds (I work everyother week afternoons). I eat lunch and then only drink tea until my first night waking (last night it was a 12 hour fast). It was broken by a handful of olives and cocoa pepples with soy milk at 3 am.

Thank you so much for the nice words on my football blog. I am sorry that you have also lost your dad. We have only just begun going through his things, and I empathize with you on that one...very, very hard. I'm sure that we'll still be working on it 2 years down the road, as well. It sounds like you shared the same kinds of special times with your dad that I did mine. Well-meaning friends and relatives always speak of the death of an older parent as less tragic somehow...and on some levels it is less so than losing a mom or dad when kids are still very young. However, on the flip side...we had just that much longer to love them and make memories with them here on earth. It is NEVER easy...and always breaks our hearts, regardless of the age. It helps me to think now about how my dad is always with me, and I can talk to him whenever I want to. I hope that you have found peace in this, also.

On the other topic, I heard from several sources, including Cuisinart, about the broken pump. It sounds like that's the problem with mine, too. Hopefully, my new one will be fine, too.
