Follow Bob Harper's Skinny Rules -with an emphasis on staying away from processed foods and no (starchy) carbs after lunch! Also staying within a 1200-1400 calorie range. 2. Follow Bob Harper's Skinny Rules -with an emphasis on staying away from processed foods and no (starchy) carbs after lunch! Also staying within a 1200-1400 calorie range. 2. Drink - a 16 oz glass of water first thing each morning and again before each meal. 3. I am committing to a minimum of 30 minutes a day walking and 15 minutes of strength training 3 days a week for this 56 day challenge. 4. On my team tracking thread I will post daily exercise minutes and Living the Good life points and weigh in each Saturday. 5.
