Streetwise fitness
STREETWISE FITNESS is working out wherever you are at....at the park i use the bars for pushups...when at work i do some squats....Any exercise is good and will give you a result. I had to create my own workout by collecting exercise ideas..Don't let your mind tell you that you cant do it...get some healthy snacks around you...do a few exercises...let it happen...it will...any effort is success for the day..be at peace

change in my diet,,,working on my belly fatty areas,,,kickboxing workouts,,,boxer diet,,raging for fitness...if you failed ..time to get up..i challenge you to 10 jumping jacks today...any amount of exercise in your life is a winner...
