My name is Debbie and I'm a SAHM to three girls (15, 10 , and 8). I am happily married to my best friend. I am 5'11" and love being tall - most of the time (unless I'm shopping for pants). I moved in May and that derailed my program for a bit. But I'm getting back to it slowly. Bought a new bike!! I've been riding every morning with my girls, they keep me getting up and getting out! I am just really starting to realize that losing 40 lbs is a huge accomplishment - ...
My name is Debbie and I'm a SAHM to three girls (15, 10 , and 8). I am happily married to my best friend. I am 5'11" and love being tall - most of the time (unless I'm shopping for pants). I moved in May and that derailed my program for a bit. But I'm getting back to it slowly. Bought a new bike!! I've been riding every morning with my girls, they keep me getting up and getting out! I am just really starting to realize that losing 40 lbs is a huge accomplishment - and I've done that. I began by thinking I could NEVER lose 10 lbs, let alone keep it off. So I need to pat myself on the back for a job well done so far. Then I need to re-focus, be mindful of what I am doing, and continue on my path to getting fit. So I've lost over half the weight I want to lose. 6 months into this new lifestyle and I've lost about 35 lbs. I now have less to lose than I have already lost! I want to feel good in my clothes - no matter what size I wear. I want to feel good about myself, and above all I want to be healthy and fit!

My Program:
This equation has really hit home for me: tracking + hydration + exercise = weight loss t + h + e = WL It's that simple - stick with every variable and it WILL equal weight loss!
Personal Information:
Things that make me happy: Music - wide variety Art - papercrafting - scrapbooking and cardmaking, plus mixed media, drawing Exercise - seriously. I also love to read. I read a wide variety of genres, currently into historical fiction (I love the monarchy of England) and period mysteries. I also love gaming, kinect is a fav, and board games even!
