5% Spring To Summer Challenge
It is time again for the 5% Challenge. And I need it! I fell back into the mindless eating after the challenge was over. And didn't hit my 5% for last time. However, I am going to put more effort into it this time. I want better for myself and my fellow Cats. Which is important for everyone involved because I am going to be helping with the Cats group this time around. I am an Extra Leader. Which means I help out when the Leaders need me. I would love to get healthy for my myself, ...
It is time again for the 5% Challenge. And I need it! I fell back into the mindless eating after the challenge was over. And didn't hit my 5% for last time. However, I am going to put more effort into it this time. I want better for myself and my fellow Cats. Which is important for everyone involved because I am going to be helping with the Cats group this time around. I am an Extra Leader. Which means I help out when the Leaders need me. I would love to get healthy for my myself, my friends, and my future employee. Ok my goals are the following: 1) Get up at 6 A.M. and do my exercise no excuses! I will do at least 30 plus minutes of exercising a day. With two days for Strength Training (Monday and Wednesday) 2) I will drink 8 cups of water daily and eat 5 freggies a day. 3) Make sure I will get 7 to 8 hours of sleep daily. 4) When I am feeling stressed I will journal, exercise, and pray. I will also do some yoga and not go for the fridge. Or giving into my 9 p.m. chocolate or trail mix fix. 5) I will be using Spark People food exercise/food trackers. (Plus some of the Spark videos to change it up a bit). I will also start back on Portion Sizes and measurements. And use Dr. Phil's Ultimate Weight Loss Solution Book. Lots of tips and truths about keeping it off. 6) I will keep in contact with my Cats members. I will do this through e-mail, answering blogs, Kitty Chat ect. I can't wait for this challenge to get started lets go Cats!!!!!!

My Goals:
Want to be healthy all the way round (Mind body soul ect) I want to have energy and do things with family without being tired. Want to look cute in clothes, and not have arthritis.
My Program:
Do exercise at 6 a.m. no excuses! I will eat 5 servings of freggies daily. I will also drink 8 cups of water daily. I will journal, do yoga ect when I want to emotionally eat. I will encourage my Cats team and others on and off my 5% Challenge group. .
Personal Information:
I live in SW Georgia USA. I love God, reading, movies, and spending time with family and friends. I want to learn to crochet for charityand family. I am also learning how to cook on my days off job hunting.
