Ive been trying to Eat Better and a lil more healthy! I try to workout 4-6 times a week! I do the treadmill and want to get back into weights again! I also would like to start walking again!

Kidney Stones
Exploratory to find severe Endometreosis that was attached to my back and other areas. I then had to go back the next month to have a hysterectomy done. My dr decided to keep my ovaries (evn thou the endo was all over them?) and I went thru rounds of shots to kill the endo. It came back and I had to go thru the shots again! Its back again so the next step is to take my ovaries out. The surgery has taken a toll on me in all ways possible pretty much.
I have alot of stomach issues as well. I feel very sick alot! I also dont sleep right at all.
