I think I can. I think I can.
I really like food. This is my greatest weakness. I started SP 4/9/10. The journey has been a 3 steps forward and 2 (sometimes 3) steps backwards. But the most important thing is not giving up. So my current plan is to take it slow and steady, with small goals along the way.

*Just keep moving forward. *Be aware of my tendency to self- sabotage. *Exercise for fitness and stress relief. *Deny the all-or-nothing attitude! Something is ALWAYS better than nothing!!
My Program:
* track calories honestly * stay within calorie limit most days * drink 8 glasses of water per day * eat at least 5 fruits/veggies per day * all movement is good movement! * positive thoughts
Personal Information:
I am 31 years old. I'm married. No kids yet- definitely want to lose weight before getting pregnant. I am a resident in pediatrics.
