Update 02/12/2012 Wow!! It's been awhile again!! Life is so good! fun to look at the pictures I've got on this page and think that I still had a ways to go when I actually looked pretty darn good! Darn negative thought!! So....let's see..I've had a rough last six months..I ended up having surgery to fix an obstructed small instestine in August, and although I now feel absolutely wonderful, I have GAINED 25lbs now that everything is working properly! grrrrr I've gotten ...
Update 02/12/2012 Wow!! It's been awhile again!! Life is so good! fun to look at the pictures I've got on this page and think that I still had a ways to go when I actually looked pretty darn good! Darn negative thought!! So....let's see..I've had a rough last six months..I ended up having surgery to fix an obstructed small instestine in August, and although I now feel absolutely wonderful, I have GAINED 25lbs now that everything is working properly! grrrrr I've gotten real about my eating habits and am determined to get to my goal weight this year, which means losing about 35lbs. I can do this!!! Update: 07/08/09 Wow! It's been awhile.. I ended up having my weight loss surgery on October 10, 2007 and love it!! Life is good..now to lose that last 15lbs!!! Hi! I am a 38 year old mom of two and step mom to one... Mine are 18 and 11 and his is 14. I am trying to be healthy...! I survived last year..which was full of cancer surgery and treatment for colon cancer..what a shock at this age!! Had chemo and the whole deal, now I was considering gastric bypass surgery, but the hassle from my insurance company is just not worth it, so I am trying to make one big lifestyle change!! I have struggled with my weight my entire life and now find myself about 100 lbs overweight. I'm doing well with the exercise, I'm running/walking 3 days a week and x-training 3 other days. Now...to just get my nutrition in order..sigh.... I used to be a personal trainer..and a total fitness nut. Somehow life got in the way and I fell really hard off the fitness wagon..I'm trying to get whatever "it" was that motivated me so much before back!!
