August 12, 2011- Update Over a year now, I've started this new journey and focus on a new healthy lifestyle. Although, I haven`t lost the weight I had planned in a year I've learn the importance of my decisions regarding food and activity. I seem to be finally recovering from my back injury in January. I'm 27 from Gatineau, Quebec, Canada. I found sparkpeople through an app on my cell phone and i've been pretty pleased with this app and website. I am very determined on achieving my goal and i hope sparkpeople will be helping me along the way. I have been working out for quite some time now and it has been part of my daily routine for a while. My main issue seem to be what i'm eating and how much of it.
