Strive for Progress, Not Perfection
Excited for the Spring/Summer 5% Challenge! Hoping to drop around 7-10lbs over these next 8 weeks. Workouts: I have bootcamp for a few more weeks, will be running weekly, biking on weekends, and will use my free passes to the gym near work for more workout classes! Nutrition: Plan meals, eat breakfast daily, eat LOADS more fruits/veggies, and cut back on sugar/caffeine. My goals span from health goals to many personal and emotional goals. This is just the ...
Excited for the Spring/Summer 5% Challenge! Hoping to drop around 7-10lbs over these next 8 weeks. Workouts: I have bootcamp for a few more weeks, will be running weekly, biking on weekends, and will use my free passes to the gym near work for more workout classes! This is just the visible start of a new path I plan to take in life, one that I'm already on the road towards. 2012 was a great year for me! I vow to work just as hard, if not harder, through 2013 to make it a wonderful year full of hitting goals and loving life! In 2013 I plan to: Hit my goal weight Run a half marathon Climb mountains (at least 3) Look super sexy in a bikini Run regularly each week, even in Winter! Sculpt a really hot butt! I will not become my mother!- Do more hiking, running, swimming, snowshoeing, camping, volleyball, yoga, and bouldering. Not get caught up in having a new BF and stick to my health/fitness goals!

My Goals:
Make it to my goal weight/size and stay there! Learn to love running in the cold this Fall/Winter.. with the dog even! Climb more 14ers in the Summer. Look good in skinny jeans! Be able to pull-up my full body weight. Learn to be happy with myself in ALL aspects of life. 30 is only 1 1/2 years away, and I want to hit that milestone in the best shape of my life!
My Program:
I plan to work out as often as I can, eat healthy every day, and above all - DRINK LOTS OF WATER! Starting a running program in hopes of training for a Half Marathon this year. I shall spend 10-15 minutes daily doing something I enjoy just for myself.
Personal Information:
I hang around the Denver Metro/Boulder area here in CO. If you've never been to Boulder or Denver I highly suggest it. There's so much to do here, especially outdoors! I absolutely love making new friends and trying new things, so please feel free to contact me, and let's get together! A hike at the Flatirons maybe? Or a drink in Downtown Denver? :D
Other Information:
Running is something I'm learning to love, something I want to improve at, and do regularly year round!
