Hi my name is LaDelle, I am a wife of a wonderful man for 27 years..a grandma of 6 and I just love this saying : We do not stop exercising because we grow old, we grow old because we stop exercising!!!! This is so true at the age of 45 this is such a good reminder why I love to workout hard and workout smart!! I love kickboxing ,step benching ,weight training , power yoga, rebounding, kettlebells and HIIT and eating clean!! Love all my Sp friends-they ...

My Goals:
Long Term Goals!!! 1. to lose 30lbs of body fat by the end of 2011! 2.To become and look like a healthy buff grandmama! 3.To keep on being flexible enough to keep my lower back from hurting!! Sort Term goals(but life term goals as well!!) 1.Drink more green tea!( I hate tea!) 2.Keep on tracking my calories!
My Program:
Workout 6 days a week without failure! Eat clean small portions 6 times per day...with one day cheat meal! And "Not to throw in the towel. Use it to wipe the sweat from my workout." From SUSYINKC page.
Personal Information:
We do not stop exercising because we grow old, we grow old because we stop exercising!!!! Whaterver you eat, remember to ask yourself "will it help me reach my goal?" if not is it worth eating???
Other Information:
I love the books "The Eat Clean Diet" "The Sparks Book" and "Burn The Fat & Feed The Muscle" AWESOME books!! I also follow the zig zag eating plan! AWESOME read!!
