Hi, I'm Lauren! I've been overweight for most of my life. I've lost weight in the past but I've never kept it off, and right now I'm the heaviest I've ever been. I have an awesome family and a great social and dating life, but I know that I HAVE to lose weight and get healthy now...I still want to be around in 10 years! Hi, I'm Lauren! I've been overweight for most of my life. I've lost weight in the past but I've never kept it off, and right now I'm the heaviest I've ever been. I have an awesome family and a great social and dating life, but I know that I HAVE to lose weight and get healthy now...I still want to be around in 10 years! I have a lot of weight to lose and I know that it will be a long process, but I'm ready and willing to put in the effort! Since I have such a huge goal, I want to break it down into smaller goals. Here they are: ( ) End of BLC#16- 30 pounds lost ( ) End of the year- 50 pounds lost, which would put me under 300 pounds! ( ) My 25th birthday, April 4th- 75 pounds lost ( ) June 15, 2013 (summertime!!)- 100 pounds lost ( ) August 31, 2013 (end of summer)- 120 pounds lost ( ) December 31, 2013- 150 pounds lost ( ) April 4th, 2014 (My 26th birthday)- 175 pounds lost...goal weight!!

My Goals:
My ultimate goal is to lose at least 175 pounds, although I would like to lose a little bit more than that.
My Program:
I am doing Weight Watchers...just generally trying eat healthier. I stay pretty active because I am a busy person, but I am going to start going to the gym and working out more.
