I'm not there yet, but I'm closer than I was yesterday
Hi, I'm Laura :) I'm 22 years old. I have been losing weight since October of 2009. I started at 195 pounds and am currently 148 pounds. I love to run, have done a handful of 5ks PR 23:29 and 2 half marathons PR 1:55:50. I am currently training for the Disney world marathon in January 2012! My Goals:
- Get around 145 pounds or about 18-20% body fat -Run a marathon -Keep my curves and muscles!
My Program:
I run. I have done STARTED insanity but it was too much doing that and running. I try to strength train but don't do it as much as I should. I eat around 1200-1800 calories a day depending on how much I work out or how hungry I am haha. I eat a lot of protein and drink a lot of water. I'm also not afraid of carbs like I have been in the past.
