I am 34 years old, married with 2 kids. I have struggled with eating and weight for most of my life. I love exercise and fitness, but I have never been able to curb my bad eating habits enough to reach my goals. In addition, after having another baby, my husband going to law school, and starting to work full-time, I have lost any progress I made with regular exercise and put all of my pregnancy weight back on.
