Losing Weight to Live Healthy Longer
I'm a 23 year old college student who has let my weight slip the past few years. I want to be able to exercise without being out of breath and eat healthy foods without carving the bad foods. My ultimate goal is to feel comfortable in my own body and not to worry about the number on the scale any longer! I will be the first to admit that I have trouble staying motivated but I'm hoping with the support of this site I can really stick through making a change for good! ...

I don't want to lose weight, I have no intention of ever finding it again. I want to get rid of it for good!
