My Goals:
my main goal is to lose at least 20 pounds by my friends' wedding the first week of september. even if i can't hit that number, i'd really like to feel more confident about myself and my figure.
My Program:
my program includes logging in every day, running 3 days a week, and doing yoga 5 days a week. i'm also trying to maintain a streak of daily exercise, even if it's only for 10 minutes per day.
