its possible???
is it possible to be good at everything else .... but losing weight.. lol my achilles heel..thought about it for years, attempted to get healthy for years..seriously actively decided to make my lifelong goal a reality this time..whatever it takes..this time i feel that every bite that enters my body shud be nutritionally necessary.. soooo a conscious decision about wheather i truly need it or not.. i find that there are still trigger ...
is it possible to be good at everything else .... but losing weight.. lol my achilles heel..thought about it for years, attempted to get healthy for years..seriously actively decided to make my lifelong goal a reality this time..whatever it takes..this time i feel that every bite that enters my body shud be nutritionally necessary.. soooo a conscious decision about wheather i truly need it or not.. i find that there are still trigger foods that i just love ... soo i try and plan ahead....strawberries, apples and yogurt and chicken i consider staples...i will nevvver buy ice cream, sour cream, cookies, or mayonaise again!!!!!!!

My Goals:
i am happy to make changes because i want to walk for hours and go hiking trails i cant annnymore... started off going to the mail box and now up to about 1.5 miles soooo done with joint pain in my back and knees.. pain freeeee soon i hope
My Program:
rrreally watching my protein and fat calories.. totally avoiding all the usual pitfalls like ice cream and cookies.. trying to increase my water and adding more workouts...guess what i found out all that coffee and creamer was sabotaging my weight loss

been there - done that..... mother grandma, daughter sister, friend, christian..sooo happpy
Other Information:
I isolated my problem areas.....its the FRIDGE and the COUCH...hehehee
