My Goals:
My Summer 2012 goals: 1. Complete the 108 Day Ultimate Yogi rotation. 2. Eat 2 servings of fruits/vegetables at each meal. 3. Rest my hip so that my torn cartilage heals. I plan to do a heavy weight training rotation once I've finished the Ultimate Yogi rotation. I'll be doing Body Beast (by Beach Body).
My Program:
I'm currently doing a 108 day Ultimate Yogi Rotation. I do a variety of yoga routines, plus meditation every day. I'm also doing some light strength training. I'm at Day 60 and I feel great! Eat fruits and vegetables with every meal, with an eye towards getting in 7-9 servings daily.
Personal Information:
I've been married 20 years to a wonderful man.
Other Information:
My favorite motto is from Nike: "Just Do It!"
