From Mailboxes To Miles...... ATriathletes Journey To 70.3

I started my journey at 385 pounds back in 2008. Little did I know when I started that this would turn out the way it did. After so many flops and false starts, I finally got sparked and the resulting journey has been EPIC! I would have never believed that I would make it this far.

I trained for my first race in 2009, a 10k, and the resulting feeling of personal victory changed my life forever. I've been involved in endurance sports ever since. I worked my way up from those humble ...

I trained for my first race in 2009, a 10k, and the resulting feeling of personal victory changed my life forever. I've been involved in endurance sports ever since. I worked my way up from those humble beginnings to run a full marathon in 2011 and now I am currently training for a Half Iron distance Triathlon (70.3 miles) in August 11, 2013.
