Blessed to have this beautiful family!

I almost lost her to a brain tumor one year ago! She is doing great! Now I have to get healthy!

I am.....
a mommy, wife, daughter, sister, aunt, teacher and best friend! I am proud of all those things in life! No one can ever take any of that away from me! I am strong, independent, but also loving and caring! It is now time for me to take some time for me from all my many titles and fix what is wrong with me and that is MY WEIGHT! I need to be healthy not only for me, but also so I can be around for those many people who love me! I have run three 5ks and loved it! My goal is to run a 10k by ...

My Goals:
~ Lose 50lbs by April 2013 Pound LOST ~5lbs. (completed) ~10lbs. ~ 15lbs. ~ 25lbs. ~35 lbs. ~ 40lbs. ~50lbs. ~ RUN a 10k by May 2013 Plan of action: 1. LOGGING FOOD everyday even when I am losing is still SUPER important to losing and keeping the weight off. 2. PLAN my meals out for the week! (I did this previously and lost 30lbs.) 3. INDULGE, but know when to stop and only do it on special occasions! Every day and week is not a special occasion! 4. Post a pic of myself in a few different spots of before I was this big and now! Encouragement! 5. Set up a good reward system for meeting my different goals! 6. Last Learn to love me!!!!!! Tomorrow I am starting a new challenge and tonight I begin with some rewards that I need to set for myself starting at this weight! REWARDS FOR MY WEIGHT L
My Program:
Slow and steady wins the race! I have found going to the extreme doesn't work for me! My plan is to follow the food plan for 2 weeks. I then want to cook my own meals for 1 week and see how I do. If I am successful then I will rotate 2 weeks of my cooking and 1 week of their plan. I hope that I can learn enough to be able to take the reins completely on my eating by August!

5K's run: 10/11 ~ 39:54 11/11 ~ 33:42 3/17/12~ 36:45 My goal is to run the 3/17 5k in 2013 in 30 min or less!
