I've been struggling to create a vision collage. For now, I'm focusing on strength and active living

Channeling sunshine and light on this journey
Another long slow slide, another restart. Let the games begin! My current motivator is a trip to Europe in April - I'd like as much space for my body in that airplane seat as possible and as much strength in my legs for all the sight seeing we will be doing! My commitments to myself: - Exercise 6 days/week - start with 20 min/day and ramp up to 45 min/day - Eat 1600-1800 quality calories/day - Log my food and activity every day

My Goals:
To start a new healthy routine that works with my new job - making sure to incorporate me time into my day. To reach 150 pounds (105 pounds lost).
My Program:
I follow an eating plan inspired by the Biggest Loser 30 Day Jump Start. Low fat, lots of fruit and veggies, whole grains, lean proteins - 3 meals + 2 snacks per day. I'm letting SparkPeople figure out my calorie range - and exercising my butt off so that it stays high enough that I don't feel deprived! Exercise and I still need to re-connect.
Other Information:
Atlantic Time Zone (ADT) Words to live by: Don't let the fear of the time it will take to accomplish something stand in the way of your doing it. The time will pass anyway; we might just as well put that passing time to the best possible use. ~Earl Nightingale A goal without a plan is just a wish. If I have to, I can do anything. - Helen Reddy
