Hi I'm Paul. I have been on Spark People since June 2010. My weight has gone from 199# to 167# !! Most of that weight came off after I started to walk 10k steps a day (starting Aug 2011) along with tracking my food. I started running in August 2011 also, something I have never done before, with thanks to my wife Kathy for her guidance and encouragement. I have completed my first 10k on Memorial (5/28/12) day and a half marathon in October (Sacto Urban Cow 10/7/12).

I am currently running 3 - 4 times a week. Getting at least 10k steps a day and tracking that using the fitbit. Tracking the food that I am eating.
