It's been a long, long time comin', but I know...... CHANGE GONNA COME
Well, the summer's over and I can't believe I did it...with God's help only! I've met my summer goal to get in the 130's and I'm finally here! I think I've finally learned the lessons I needed to learn to make this thing happen and the lessons I needed to learn to keep from going back. It's been a long time coming...but change IS HERE!

My Goals:
To lose fat, while feeding muscle this summer. To finally get into the 140's and even maybe the 130's for the first time in 20 years.
To build my muscle tone and eventually be able to start vigorously walking and perhaps running. Right now my joints and heels are too vulnerable.
My Program:
Adapted Burn the Fat/Feed the Muscle ---Ideal Protein.
Personal Information:
I'm originally from West Virginia, but currently live in Maryland. I have 3 kids (two at home), 2 cats, 2 horses, and a couple dozen sheep that I don't really claim...they are my husband's obsession. I am a middle school teacher and I love my job and the kids! I recently launched my own website called All About Bare Feet (see link below). Last summer I completed training to become a nail technician and will be starting this summer working at a doctor's office as a medical nail technician. So excited for this new challenge!
