THE BEST EFFORT EVER!

Hi Spark friends, I am trying to lose weight since I was in school. I was always at the higher end of my healthy weight but I never liked it because I love to wear sexy dresses and I couldnt do that. All I think about hiding my belly or my hip portion into cloths. Its been 5 to 6 yrs I am trying to lose wt on and off. Unfortunately I am gaining it as years are passing by. I have failed many times and this time I do not want to!! every time I have started exercising, I have lost 2 lbs maximum. Then I stop losing weight, I dont know what goes wrong and then I start losing motivation. I leave it in between. So, what's different this time? We want to start our family soon and I dont want to be unhealthy in my most precious time of life. I have decided not to measure weight daily which I used to do a lot. I will weigh in only once a month to keep me going. I hope to be healthy before I get pregnant!!

walk + run 60 min - 3 days a wk. strength training - 3 days a wk. eat upto required calorie range and not starve myself. NO DAILY WEIGH IN!!
