Reduce bad cholesterol and get blood pressure under control. Loose 20 pounds this year.
My Program:
Attend WW meetings. Exercise daily.
Eat smaller portions.
Eat more fresh fruit and vegetables.
At least 8 glasses of water daily.
Reduct calorie intake. Drink plenty of water at least 8 glasses per day
