Back to Life! 2012 is my year to LIVE!
2013: This year I need to drop 30 lbs! I got to 5 lbs of my first target goal weight and then I went of vacation and partied for 6 month. Really why did I do that? 2013: This year I need to drop 30 lbs! I got to 5 lbs of my first target goal weight and then I went of vacation and partied for 6 month. Really why did I do that? I have races and events lined up for 2013 that I'm excited about. I have a new toy in my home gym! My races are in the lower part of my page. 1/23/12 update: This is my year to LIVE! I have been making grand progress in weight loss of the past 8 months. I am 5 lbs from no longer being 'over weight'. I am 20-30 lbs away from my goal weight. I AM NOW LIVING! I have goals for this year, 3 1/2 marathons lined up. (GOAL MET 4 half marathons) Learning to swim a mile (GOAL MET) Swimming a mile in the ocean (GOAL MET) Doing a Triathlon sprint (GOAL MET) Hiking LOTs of HIKING (KNEE SAID NO) 50 mile bike ride (GOAL MET) All while finishing up my weight loss goals. This is my year to live. A Note to me from Coach Skinny B, on day's I need motivation! "Yes the scale isn't moving but you ARE! You are moving better than you use to. You look good! People are noticing in a GOOD WAY! Even if you don't loose anymore weight look what you've done! Remember that 'before picture'? Do you want to look like that? THAT is what sitting on your bumm will get you back too. Keep working out, keep eating right and you will keep looking good and feeling good! And THAT IS WHAT THE NEW LIFE STILE IS ALL ABOUT!" {then she makes me do the hokey pokey on the precor} How I got so big. Life happened. Two years ago my husband hand knee surgery and the recovery prossess demotivated me to do much physical excersie. Then I develeped a problem with my foot and a year ago had foot surgery. It was a long recovery and my foot still hurts but I'm learning to push thru it all. A YEAR OFF A WEIGHT GAIN OF 40LB. :( I have no excuse it just happend. I am right back to where I started 2.5 years ago. Only this time my health is being effective by it. If I don't turn things around soon it could be bad.

2013 Goals: Loose 40# 2# per week 2013: Date: Goal: Actual 1/1: 180 1/29: 178.8 2/12: 176; 176 2/26: 172; 175 3/12; 168; 3/22; 165 Reseting Goals: FAILED! :( 19.5 lbs lost by Jan 1 2013 That is 1.5 lbs a week: So let's brake it down, by the months: 6 lbs every 4 weeks. Starting at 175 (can't believe I gain but it is what it is) M/D: GW: RW 10/1: 175.5 10/29: 169.5 11/26: 163.5 12/24: 157.5 12/29: 156 My basic goal is to loose 60 lbs by March of 2012. GOAL MET At this poin that is loosing 6lbs a month.
