2013 is the year!!

I am ready to stop doing the same thing over and over again expecting different results. The truth is I need to make changes. The first one was to change jobs. I am hoping a new position will allow me the opportunity to focus on what makes me happy.

My Goals:
Reach 130#'s by 12/23/13.

My Program:
-Get at least 7.5 hours of sleep every night.
-Walk as much as possible
-Take the stairs over elevatorat work
-Stretch for 15 minuts everyday
-Drink 8 glasses of watera day
-Aim for 6(or more) servings veggies/day.
-Avoid processed food.
-Eat fish 3 times per week at least.
-exercise 4 times a week

The Aquarian child is some how an isolated only child, who spends a lot of time with adults and therefore grows up quickly and is a very smart child. She is most often the smartest child in her class, but she can feel lonely. She isn't meant to be obese, as Aquarius is an Air sign with lots of willpower and energy. She needs to move. Dancing, skating, gymnastics, swimming are all sports for her. Her parents may just let her read books all day, but that isn't good for her weight if they do.
Her health issues are around her ankles, so she needs to be careful of injury.
She gets along with Libra, Gemini, Sagittarius, Aries and Leo. She can make a great scientist, or teacher.
