My Goals:
My main goal as I've told my husband is the I want to be hot again. I've seen some picture of me recently and I don't like the way I look. I don't want to look ok for having 3 kids.. I want to look amazing for having 3 kids!
My Program:
Basically I'm trying my hardest to do cardio 5 days a week, weights 3 days a week, random trainer appointments and eat well.
