Hi, I've been trying to take this one day at a time. I've been setting some small goals and having some small successes. I made some resolutions for the new year, and I've been sticking to them. I don't know what I was waiting for; the time is NOW! :-)

My Goals:
I set a small, but realistic, weight loss goal for myself. I didn't want to overwhelm myself and give up. A very personal goal is to fit comfortably on an airline seat, because I LOVE to travel.
My Program:
I've been walking, getting on the stationary bike, and doing strength training.
