My name is Sheri, I have recently made changes in my life and one of the changes I started but did not finish is getting to my goal weight by 40:-( Well this year I will be 41 so there ARE no more excuses, I have so many wonderful people in my life AND grandchildren that I want to be here for and not only BE here but participate in everything life has to offer!!!
