Fabulous, Fit and Forty+

In January 2008 I set out to lose 100 pounds. I started January 2008 and have lost 90 pounds to date. 100 is quite a big number but I am up for the challenge. This year, the weight loss has been very, very, very slow, but I started a fitness program in addition to calorie tracking. My overall health has improved and my fitness level has increased.

It's going slow, but Im not giving up. I want to belong to the "hundred pound club" in the very near future.

SKINNYPOWELL1 started the new year off right this morning with 3 mile run and made breakfast for my Senior, Class of 2011

1600 calories daily, Exercise 5 x week
Cardio classes 3 x week
Run 2 miles daily

Be strong for your husband and the Lord will take care of the rest. We are soooo running tomorrow. We should all go for a walk after dinner. Weather suppose to be beautiful. emoticon
