Fabulous, Fit and Forty+
In January 2008 I set out to lose 100 pounds. I started January 2008 and have lost 90 pounds to date. 100 is quite a big number but I am up for the challenge. This year, the weight loss has been very, very, very slow, but I started a fitness program in addition to calorie tracking. My overall health has improved and my fitness level has increased. It's going slow, but Im not giving up. I want to belong to the "hundred pound club" in the very near future.
